Makom Founder

Bradley Lipitz

CEO & Co-Founder

Bradley oversees new business development and general operations for Makom Management. As CEO, Bradley is on the frontline working with directly with real estate sponsors and private wealth principals, while supporting the overall functioning and success of the company's existing divisions through his hands-on approach. Bradley spearheads C-Suite development within Makom Management's private wealth and capital verticals, focusing on key partnerships and relationships to drive new business growth. Overall, Bradley is the primary point of contact for all company ventures of each division and is integral to the company's success.

Bradley began his career working as a tax-specialist for a big four accounting firm. Shortly after, he transitioned to an executive sales position at a nationally-recognized wealth management recruiting firm, where he recruited top private wealth investment advisors for global banks and boutique wealth institutions. Bradley quickly rose to be among the top recruiters in the nation, advancing from an associate to the highest title of Managing Director and was the first to transition over $1Billion in assets in 2019. After seven years, Bradley's natural drive for entrepreneurial success compelled him to leave and open up his own shop. With the help of his partner, Cameron, he founded Makom Management soon after.

A loving husband and father, Bradley has four children and is highly engaged in his community of Pomona, NY, where he runs Makom Management's Rockland County office. Bradley's passion for business is only paralleled by his commitment to family. On any given day, Bradley can be found hiking with his kids, speaking at local community events, or spending family time at home over dinner.

Cameron Hale

President & Co-Founder

Cameron oversees daily operations for Makom Management. As President, Cameron dedicates his time working with building partners on active projects, while serving as AE for clients. Cameron is the primary resource for Makom Management’s construction division and team members.

Cameron started his career as a private wealth recruiter for a top New York executive search firm specializing in high-net-worth advisor placement for national and regional financial institutions. Advancing in the firm from recruiting associate to Vice-President, Cameron was responsible for the prospecting, recruiting, vetting, and successful transition of many top-producing wealth advisors. After five years, Cameron left to pursue broader business ambitions, and with the help of his partner Bradley, founded Makom Management.

Today, Cameron resides in New York and runs Makom Management's Manhattan office. He maintains an active lifestyle, spending his downtime biking through the city, playing ball in Central Park, or rooting for the Patriots at a local Jets bar.

History

Makom Management synthesizes the construction, real estate, and private wealth industries like never before. Launched by founders Bradley Lipitz and Cameron Hale, the firm set off to provide builders unique financial solutions to fix everyday construction development setbacks. In its early days, Makom Management worked with developers and general contractors to solve trade-specific budget issues for small commercial projects, and steadily grew as an essential resource to builders struggling with project delays due to labor and material shortages.

As the AEC & real estate sectors became increasingly volatile due to growing industry issues and global disruptions, such as the COVID-19 onset, Makom Management shifted its focus to encompass a broader view on all three industries as a whole. Since then, Makom Management has partnered with developers and their projects from coast to coast, on multifamily developments to industrial facilities, and from sub-million project valuations to those exceeding $1 billion.
